Dance Festival Finale

The final night of Dance Festival was last night. All of the hours of preparation culminated in a very good performance and an enjoyable time for all (or at least most). We thank all the instructors, coordinators, volunteers, leaders, parents, and most of all the youth. Your behavior and positive attitude over the past three days was incredible. You endured to the end and will look back on this experience with fond memories. Congratulations on a job well done! The slideshow below has a few photos from Saturday.

Mission Preparation Course

We will begin our Mission Preparation Course on August 3rd for those who have been invited to attend. If you have not been invited to attend but are interested, please see Bishop Perry, Brother Knoll, or Brother Sandberg. The curriculum for the first two months is posted on the right. Each member of the class should read and ponder the lesson prior to coming to class each week. Be prepared to discuss!

High Adventure Money Turn In

So far we have gotten about 30 verbal commitments from those of you planning to go on our High Adventure Trip to Catalina. Unfortunately, we have only received payments for 10. We need the money to get turned in ASAP so that we can finalize our campsites and transportation arrangements. Please submit your money to a member of the Bishopric with a tithing slip and utilize the "Other" catagory. The money will be earmarked for you. Thank you!
